I love how convenient it is for me to get to work in the city, we love walking down to all of the restaurants and cafes on Oxford street, our chiropractor is in walking distance and we love that our place is low maintenance. My husband travels a lot for work, and I work long hours so it suits us to be able to lock and leave and have little to worry about.
We also loved that the space was comfortable and felt open as a result of the industrial staircase and hallway. For the 2 of us it is a perfect size. There is plenty of storage space, ample living space and a nice outdoor entertainment area to have friends or family over. The added bonus was having a bathroom downstairs as well. It never felt over crowded.
I did a lot of running so it’s been really nice to have the oval/fields & mile track just under a km away, and a little bit further to hit lake monger for training.
