I love where this house is! An abundance of good coffee houses; excellent restaurants including Pappagallo, a liquor outlet and the Re Store are all within a few minutes walk. Parklands, cycle paths and tennis courts are around the corner. And I love what this house is. This is a home that welcomes the winter sun which bathes the living, dining and terrace area. The terrace has a framed view of the jacaranda tree and the street below. The main bedroom is a realm of its own high above the street. It has views of Leederville and the city through the east facing French doors. The lift, which is a delight, is an integral part of the design.
