I have been the proud owner of this beautiful apartment for five years. I bought it initially as an investment property and it yielded excellent returns. It is a very uplifting place to live in – bright, spacious and inviting. Facing north, it is cool in summer and warm in winter and always full of light. It is less than 100 meters from the Coles/Target shopping centre, Subiaco Square (Woolworths), the station, Subiaco Centro park and lake. It is also a short walk from Market Square Park, Mueller Park, Bob Hawke college and Rokeby Road.
