Rare Riverstone Granite

Niki Peinke, owner of The Property Exchange was very impressed with this rare Riverstone granite kitchen bench top at 230 Heytesbury Road, Subiaco.

Window Splash Backs

Ingrid Bradshaw – has sold over 1,200 houses – however this one at 26 Newcastle Street stood out to her with the window splashback and kickboards under the cupboards.

Timber Cosiness

cosiness“The timber in the tiles and the lovely dark rich colours combined with beautiful stone flooring give you the warmth and cosy sense of food and cooking,” Annie McCarthy said when she fell in love with the kitchen at 12 Redfern Street. “It has the northern light and a great view of the pool just outside and is also close to the dining area. It would be great if you like to have dinner parties, as there is the biggest cooking hub with 2 ovens and a sink area that reminds you of the cockpit of a plane,” she said. “Plus the insinkerator is just another great feature – it gets rid of all the veggie scraps.”

Convenience Is Key

Custom designed for her family, Jillian Jeffery, real estate agent at The Property Exchange for more than 12 years, designed this amazing and fully integrated kitchen at 7 Birrigon Loop, which she sold last year:

Built by Webb and Brown-Neaves, with 2 microwaves, induction cook top, breakfast bar and huge walk in pantry. There are heaps of drawers and storage on both sides of the bench. One cupboard is designed particularly for iPhones, iPads etc. to keep out of sight when charging.

It is beautifully designed with timber veneer mixed with white ceasar stone bench tops throughout, LED lighting and stone floors.

There are tinder lights over the meals bench and the open plan kitchen/dining/living room is exposed to lovely northern light and uninterrupted view of the pool. The range hood has the motor on the outside, which makes it quiet and efficient.

Everything is integrated into cupboards like bins, plumbed fridge space and the Bosch dishwasher as well as lots of preparation area for people who love cooking – just like Jillian!

“No expense has been spared in this open plan kitchen with sculptural rangehood,” Jade Lippiatt says about this kitchen at 14 Farr Avenue. The kitchen sold (along with the rest of the property) back in 2013, however it still has a special place in her heart. Can you tell Jade is a passionate foodie?

This imported Italian Effeti entertainer’s kitchen with stainless steel Miele appliances, induction cook top, sculptural rangehood with LED lights to the island bench, steamer oven, conventional wall oven, integrated dishwasher, three generous sized pantry cupboards, plumbed fridge, appliance cupboard, Caesar stone tops, underbench Vintec wine fridge and glass splashback. What’s not to like even if you aren’t a foodie!
