Big Changes, Greater Opportunities
We have had some big changes happen this past month at The Property Exchange. It feels like we have reached our new normality and there is plenty of exciting stuff happening and plenty to be grateful for!
Our fabulous Director Niki has welcomed two long time staff members, Julia and Clare into partnership, along with our very own Head of Department, Kaylee. What does this mean for our clients…Simply, more amazingness! Four strong women championing us towards greater customer service and client satisfaction.
The entire team have been kicking goals and we are thrilled with the results. Our hard working property management team are currently ranked fourth with REIWA for Top Office by Lowest Median Days on Market for Properties Leased! Wow!! What does this mean? Well, simply, our marketing strategy enables our clients to lease their property faster meaning more money in their back pocket! We would also like to congratulate our amazing Sales team who were ranked Tenth Top Small Office – Value Sold by REIWA – such an amazing achievement!
COVID19 presented all of us with many challenges, but around here at The Property Exchange, we kinda love a challenge! So we adapted and what do you know, some of our adaptations to our standard processes turned out to serve us better than before! So there are a few things that we are going to keep around:
ZOOM Meetings – We’ve loved being able to see our clients while touching base and completing sign ups with your tenants when it’s hard for them to make into the office has made the move in process a lot less stressful for them.
Video Routine Inspections – We had such a positive response from these whilst access to tenanted property was limited. Our new cloud based software is developing an option for this under their inspection application.
Marketing Plan – Advertising property closer to the available date has seen huge success with leasing property quicker than in the past and staggering home opens with limits to attendees means we get the same amount of prospective tenants through, but much more of a chance to speak with them about your property.
