I first joined The Property Exchange as Office Manager/Receptionist when the doors first opened in Rokeby Road back in August 1997. With little to no experience in Administration and IT, I had to work hard to adapt to this new role I found myself in.  I had to develop many policies and procedures for this new real estate business and I am proud to say that they have stood the test of time and many are still the basis of the company’s systems today.

I continued with The Property Exchange as Office Manager until 2008 when I had the opportunity to try another industry in a public company – contract mining. I found many similarities in contract mining and real estate – in both fields you offer a service, build long term trusting relationships and ultimately create mutual benefits for both parties.

In 2010 Niki asked if I had had enough of mining and was ready to come back to the real estate fold – the answer, of course, was yes! Stepping away from the real estate industry and working in a public company gave me a new perspective on business.  Where structure underpins the business and all vested parties can work towards the common goals.   I want the team at The Property Exchange to work with enthusiasm and integrity and every person that we meet understands this from the outset.

In 2019 I completed my Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management) and then 2020 I became Licensee of The Property Exchange and in July became a partner and director, alongside Niki. Clare and Kaylee.  The four of us make a formidable team where we can each support each other in our individual roles but also complement each other for our differences.


Vanessa Goh

Design Manager

I was born in Australia, grew up in Malaysia and returned to Perth in 2005 to complete my degree. I fell in love with Perth and never wanted to leave

In 2015 after a year with The Property Exchange being their Marketing Coordinator my husband and I returned to KL, whereupon I started my own design business.  I was lucky enough to keep The Property Exchange as one of my clients and started building my business.

I love design – the creative direction, the colours, layouts and typography – there is so much beauty. I measure my success on improvement of company sales and exposure through creative marketing solutions.

In 2020 I returned to Perth and I am looking forward to having a closer hands on relationship once again with The Property Exchange.


Tania Miroch

Senior Sales and Marketing Administrator

I commenced my real estate career in Melbourne in 2001 and continued when I moved to Perth in 2009.  During my career I have worked with several of the industry’s leading agents.

I have long and solid experience in Office Management, marketing, administration and personal assistant roles, and I pride myself on my meticulous attention to detail, can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.

My commitment to clients is fuelled by a strong background in customer service and my passion for property is evident in everything I do.  I believe I am an easy going person with a strong work ethic who is prepared for any challenge no matter how small or great and is always willing to help out my team members.  I approach my work in a diligent and caring manner, and provides an exceptional level of service every day.

Joining The Property Exchange as Senior Sales and Marketing Administrator I am excited to continue to pursue my love for real estate working closely and supporting the sales team.

In her spare time, you’ll find me watching the “Hawks”, spending time with my dogs or out on the ocean fishing with her partner and son.


Rhiannon Nicholas

Sales and Marketing Administrator

I grew up in Canberra and moved to Perth in 2014 after my husband secured a role in the mining industry. After completing a Bachelor of Engineering at the Australian National University and moving across the country, I stumbled into the real estate Industry!

Throughout university and my previous roles I have worked as a personal assistant and when arriving in Perth I secured a role supporting one of the industry’s leading real estate representatives. During my career I have developed strong organizational and administration skills which allow me to enhance the experience of clients, and guide them through the process from listing to settlement ensuring a smooth and successful transaction. I am a strong team player working closely to support the sales team.

My husband and I have recently built a beautiful new home close to the beach to enjoy the coastal lifestyle. In my spare time and on the weekends, I love going for walks to the beach, eating out, travelling, enjoying a good glass of wine and am a dedicated AFL supporter… a die hard “Pies” fan!
