I first joined The Property Exchange as Office Manager/Receptionist when the doors first opened in Rokeby Road back in August 1997. With little to no experience in Administration and IT, I had to work hard to adapt to this new role I found myself in.  I had to develop many policies and procedures for this new real estate business and I am proud to say that they have stood the test of time and many are still the basis of the company’s systems today.

I continued with The Property Exchange as Office Manager until 2008 when I had the opportunity to try another industry in a public company – contract mining. I found many similarities in contract mining and real estate – in both fields you offer a service, build long term trusting relationships and ultimately create mutual benefits for both parties.

In 2010 Niki asked if I had had enough of mining and was ready to come back to the real estate fold – the answer, of course, was yes! Stepping away from the real estate industry and working in a public company gave me a new perspective on business.  Where structure underpins the business and all vested parties can work towards the common goals.   I want the team at The Property Exchange to work with enthusiasm and integrity and every person that we meet understands this from the outset.

In 2019 I completed my Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management) and then 2020 I became Licensee of The Property Exchange and in July became a partner and director, alongside Niki. Clare and Kaylee.  The four of us make a formidable team where we can each support each other in our individual roles but also complement each other for our differences.


Heather Learie

Marketing Manager

I started my Marketing career some 20 years ago working for large and small Perth home builders. I have also worked for a large property developer and in the retail sector. However my passion for property, especially homes, lead me explore real estate. I enjoy the fast pace and ever changing market. Having experienced the ups and downs of the market has allowed me to bring my creative side through many marketing campaigns large and small to find solutions in what sometimes is a very crowded marketplace. I love being kept on my toes and thrive where every day is different.

I enjoy working alongside a team of people that is passionate not only about property but the service we provide to our customers. I thrive on getting to know people and how I can assist with their journey in purchasing and selling property.

No matter the size of budget or the problem we face I enjoy using my marketing experience to find the best solution. I enjoy being part of The Property Exchange team assisting to market properties, the business and individual agents.

I have the love of everything design especially interior design and are known to be always changing my furniture around and helping friends and family update their homes. I am also a qualified florist and have enjoyed owning my own small business whilst working full time as an events manager. I love all animals especially my golden retriever Toby and have a love of food and wine, so most weekends are enjoyed with friends sharing food and wine either out and about or entertaining at home.


Trisha Organ

Sales & Marketing Administrator

Originally from Ireland, I fell into real estate through my sister when she landed me a role at the agency she was working at as a part-time receptionist while I was studying in college.

I have a background in beauty where a have managed spas in both Ireland and Perth. This has given me a vast customer service experience along with valuable skills in organisation, communication, and the ability to work well under pressure while building strong relationships with others.

In 2015 I decided it was time to spread my wings and see more of the world. My first stop was Perth and since then Perth has become my second home. I have always had an interest for the real estate industry, in late 2019 I completed my Sales Representative and Property Management Registration Course and started working with The Property Exchange team. I am dedicated to my own career development and I am enjoying further growing my skills in this industry.

After growing up in Ireland I like to get out and about in the amazing Perth weather as much as possible. I like to spend my weekends with my partner and mini groodle Sunny, catching up with friends and Skype calls home to my family. I also enjoy keeping active at the gym and long walks along the coast are a must on a sunny day or relaxing at the beach with friends.


Vanessa Goh

Design Manager

I was born in Australia, grew up in Malaysia and returned to Perth in 2005 to complete my degree. I fell in love with Perth and never wanted to leave

In 2015 after a year with The Property Exchange being their Marketing Coordinator my husband and I returned to KL, whereupon I started my own design business.  I was lucky enough to keep The Property Exchange as one of my clients and started building my business.

I love design – the creative direction, the colours, layouts and typography – there is so much beauty. I measure my success on improvement of company sales and exposure through creative marketing solutions.

In 2020 I returned to Perth and I am looking forward to having a closer hands on relationship once again with The Property Exchange.
