Our team is able to provide our clients with a wealth of property management experience. Our point of difference is that we provide each of our owners with a personalised service and unlike other agencies we have a very low staff turnover.
The Property Exchange provides its staff with excellent working conditions which offers a work life/balance which means everyone here is highly motivated, positive and maintains the highest level of customer service. Everyone works together to take care of paperwork, maintenance, managing tenants and keeping up with legislation so our clients can have freedom and peace of mind, at the same time maximizing their rental income.
We like to take a team approach to managing our clients properties, if for instance your usual property manager is away, there is always one of our experienced team to step in at a moment’s notice. We take the marketing of our rental properties very seriously. We understand that the current rental market is competitive and we have the market knowledge to ensure your property stands out from the rest. Our presentation is second to none, and we only accept high-quality properties.

I started in the real estate industry in 2006 and found a passion for property management that is second to none. I truly believe that when you are interested in your career learning becomes a hobby rather than a chore, so I have always looked at ways to upskill myself so I could move forward in my chosen career. With my interest and extra training I worked my way up and through the ranks, touching on all facets of property management and received a number of awards and accolades along the way.
I joined The Property Exchange in 2017 as the Head of Property Management – I think as a leader of a team you need to lead the team from the front, have time for your team when they need you and be exceptionally knowledgeable in all areas of property management. Property management is fast paced and unpredictable, something I thrive on and I love using my natural problem-solving skills when there is a problem out of the box. Thought my career, one thing that always seems to repeats itself – not every problem has the same solution!
My ethos is that real estate is a people business and that every person deserves the same attention and respect – owner, tenant or otherwise! Building strong and authentic relationships with my clients and team is paramount to successful transactions and business alike. Integrity is my number one value – this means that honesty and transparency is what you will get when dealing with me.
In 2020 I had the opportunity to become a shareholder in The Property Exchange, an opportunity I am honoured to have been given. TPE is known for being a brand that does things a little bit different to others in the market, harnessing & embracing change and new technologies and most importantly it’s family culture. All of this filters through to the exceptional customer service experience our clients receive. It’s these things I am passionate about continuing on within the business and excited to build on alongside Niki, Julia and Clare.
From a family of sporting fans, I am a passionate AFL supporter (Go the Tigers!) and keep fit through training at Total Movement in Subiaco – check them out, tell Faye & Tony I sent you! My family & friends mean the world to me, so you’ll most likely find me at a family gathering or catching up with friends for some wining and dining on the weekends. When I need some down time there is nothing better than curling up and getting lost in a good book.
Like so many others in real estate I stumbled upon property management through my sister when she asked me to work at her company in 2009 in New Zealand. I discovered P.M. not only stands for Property Management but also represents People Management. This excited me as I love working with people and building repour with clients.
In 2011 I made the plunge across the Tasman ditch and continued my love of real estate and the challenges that it brings. I love to rise to a challenge. I have a fastidious nature and high attention to detail as I want to manage my client’s properties as if they were my own. I thoroughly enjoy that there is never a dull moment in property management and that there is always something new to learn in a situation that you have never encountered before.
I love to laugh and am told I have a great sense of humour and quick wit, which often helps in diffusing a high-tension situation or just releasing the stress with my colleagues.
In my spare time I am a committed and passionate Crossfitter, which reflects my day to day commitment to challenges in property management. Not only do I use Crossfit as an outlet for exercise, but I also compete in solo and team competitions.
After five years working in the hospitality industry where I gained the customer service skills and ability to think on my feet, I decided to pursue a career in real estate. In 2014 I made the move and haven’t looked back since. I began my career as a real estate receptionist and within nine months I was offered my own property management portfolio within the company.
Growing up in Subi, I have always had a fascination with the charming heritage homes in the area and I am excited to be working at The Property Exchange where I get to deal with them on a daily basis. I thrive being in the fast-paced environment and love that there is never a dull moment in property management. I understand every situation is unique and I love putting my head down and using my problem-solving skills to work out the best solution for everyone.
I am a massive animal lover and I am always looking for new places around Perth for my partner and I to walk our greyhounds, Ned and Pippa. On weekends you’ll find me catching up with friends and family over a glass of red, road tripping down south or up north, or at the beach – sometimes all at the same time!
My Real Estate career started in Busselton as a receptionist, in this position I enjoyed learning all aspects of a Real Estate business and enjoyed helping the team out where needed. I wanted to follow my passion and moved into Property Management, making the decision then to move to Perth. I was fortunate to make great connections with several real estate agencies in Perth, which made the move to Perth less daunting and haven’t looked back.
I have gained so much experience whilst working in Perth, and enjoyed working for businesses in South Perth, Joondalup and now Subiaco. Working throughout the different suburbs of Perth has allowed me to gain different experiences over all aspects of property management.
With property management no day is the same and I really enjoy that, but most of all I enjoy the problem solving skills I get to use. I also enjoy growing with the industry, learning new skills whilst refining old ones. I really enjoy working in a team and helping my colleagues resolve any issues they have. The best thing about working at The Property Exchange is I get to work alongside a great group of women who I get to learn from every day.
In my spare time you will catch me out with friends or entertaining my very energetic German Shepherd puppy! Summertime is my favourite and there is nothing I love more than going for an afternoon dip after work.
Following in my mother’s footsteps, I started out my real estate career at a boutique agency when I was 16 years old, helping out with admin work after school and on weekends. When I graduated, I moved into full-time reception work at a corporate commercial agency while completing my registration and once completed I landed the job. I put in a lot of hard work to get the job here at The Property Exchange at 19 years of age.
In between my real estate work I have started up two small businesses. My first, being Tan Baby, a mobile spray tanning business and my second which I launched in 2020 called KODE, an online clothing business. Both I still run today alongside my full-time real estate work – so it’s safe to say this busy little bee was made for, and clearly enjoys, the fast-paced and demanding environment of property management!
Real estate has always been something special to me as it has brought my mother and I closer, she helps me with sales, and I help her with property management. We aspire to open up our own agency one day.
Without a doubt, my favourite part of the job is helping people in any way I am capable as well as the wide variety of people I get to meet on a day-to-day basis. Whether it be contractors, colleagues, owners, tenants and everyone in between. Some of the most important people in my life I have met through real estate.
This industry has taught me more than I ever thought it would and it has given me many skills that I have been able to implement into my own businesses and presented me with many challenges that have also benefited me in my everyday life.
One thing we say about property managers is… we don’t know everything, but we know a lot of stuff about a lot of stuff!
When I’m not working for The Property Exchange or on my small businesses, I like to spend time with my friends and most importantly my little sister Lilli. It’s a favourite tradition of ours to try new places to eat at each Friday by picking a suburb name out of a hat or going for a beach swim.
To be sure, yes, I am originally from Ireland and moved to the UK in 1979. I started working in finance/banking until I had my beautiful daughter. The three of us relocated to Australia in 1987, and loved Perth from the moment we arrived!
I began working in real estate with my husband Dave as his Sales Assistant. The office purchased a rent roll in 1995, and so began my property management career! My property management experience now encompasses residential and commercial property management, as well as trust accounting.
The variety and challenges that every day in property management brings give me a pep in my step each day and as well as working alongside The Property Exchange team.
Being Irish, of course I love to sing and are a member of the Perth Irish Choir. I am a member of a bowls club – more for the social side! My other favourite pastimes is enjoying long lunches with good wine in the Swan Valley (which inevitably leads to the singing mentioned above!) or reading a good book.
