Commute to the city is so easy – a quick ride or jog, the number 15 bus, train or Green CAT and all in easy walking distance. The availability of public transport is excellent. We’ve been so lucky to send our kids to excellent catchment public schools – West Leederville Primary School, Churchlands Senior High School and Mount Lawley Senior High School. We love the character of the house – it just feels so inviting and comfortable with the ornate super high ceilings original wooden floors. Inner city residential parking is generally difficult.
