JULIA CAMPBELL

General Manager

Julia joined The Property Exchange as Office Manager/Receptionist when the doors first opened in Rokeby Road back in August 1997. With little experience in Administration and IT, Julia worked hard and used raw skill to develop many policies and procedures for The Property Exchange which are still the basis of the company’s systems today.

Julia continued with The Property Exchange as Office Manager until 2008 when she decided to try another industry – mining. Julia found many similarities in contract mining and real estate – in both fields you offer a service, build long term trusting relationships and ultimately create mutual benefits for both parties.

In 2010 Niki asked Julia if she had had enough of mining and was ready to come back to the real estate fold – the answer, of course, was yes! Stepping away from the real estate industry gave Julia the ability and time to look at things with fresh eyes. As a result, she has returned to The Property Exchange with new determination, ideas and personal philosophy. She oversees all aspects of the office with her usual enthusiasm, integrity and honesty.

VANESSA GOH

Marketing Coordinator

Although Vanessa was born in Australia, grew up in Malaysia and came to Perth in 2005 to complete her degree. She fell in love with Perth and never left!

She is passionate about design and marketing, and is extremely excited to begin her transition into real estate with The Property Exchange team. She likes nothing more than to be surrounded by clients.

Through her creative direction and eye for colours, layout and typography, Vanessa has always been involved in making everything look better, and has a proven track record in improving company sales and exposure through creative marketing solutions.

Vanessa is married with one fluffy dog. During the weekends you will find her photographing and designing pretty things.

CHELSEA LANSDOWN

Executive Assistant

Originally from the heart of New Zealand’s wine-growing region, Chelsea has spent the last decade specialising in Australasian property and real estate administration. Her experience and communication skills ensure optimal service. Chelsea thrives on the daily challenges and successes that come with such a fast-paced and vibrant industry, and is passionate about delivering the best results for The Property Exchange’s clients.

In her spare time, you can find Chelsea on the somewhere along the coast line soaking up as much salt air, sunshine and sand as possible, cooking up a storm in her kitchen or exploring the wonders of WA.

TANIA MIROCH

Senior Sales and Marketing Administrator

Tania commenced her real estate career in Melbourne in 2001 and continued when she moved to Perth in 2009.  During her career Tania has worked with several of the industry’s leading agents.

With solid experience in Office Management, marketing, administration and personal assistant roles, Tania prides herself on her meticulous attention to detail, her can-do attitude and her willingness to go above and beyond.

Her commitment to clients is fuelled by a strong background in customer service and her passion for property is evident in everything she does. As an easy going person with a strong work ethic she is prepared for any challenge no matter how small or great and is always willing to help out her team members.

She approaches her work in a diligent and caring manner, and provides an exceptional level of service every day.

Joining The Property Exchange as Senior Sales and Marketing Administrator, Tania is excited to pursue her love for real estate working closely and supporting the sales team.

In her spare time, you’ll find her watching the “Hawks”, spending time with her dog or out on the ocean fishing with her partner.  Tania’s goal in 2017 is to purchase her first home and get stuck into renovating it.

BROOKE JENKINSON

Office Assistant

Using her previous experience working in Employment Services as a foundation, Brooke is continuing her professional development in real estate. Her warm and engaging demeanour doesn’t dilute her tenacity or perfectionism in any way and Brooke will do all that she can to go above and beyond for clients and the team.

Brooke thrives in a busy and fast paced work environment and is always keen to continue learning. Brooke has an adventurous personality and enjoys spending time travelling to new and exciting places. She also enjoys spending her time with her friends, family and dog, Charlotte.
