Our team is able to provide our clients with a wealth of property management experience. Our point of difference is that we provide each of our owners with a personalised service and unlike other agencies we have a very low staff turnover.
The Property Exchange provides its staff with excellent working conditions which offers a work life/balance which means everyone here is highly motivated, positive and maintains the highest level of customer service. Everyone works together to take care of paperwork, maintenance, managing tenants and keeping up with legislation so our clients can have freedom and peace of mind, at the same time maximizing their rental income.
We like to take a team approach to managing our clients properties, if for instance your usual property manager is away, there is always one of our experienced team to step in at a moment’s notice. We take the marketing of our rental properties very seriously. We understand that the current rental market is competitive and we have the market knowledge to ensure your property stands out from the rest. Our presentation is second to none, and we only accept high-quality properties.

Thanks Siobhan and Melanie for all your hard work in leasing our property. We appreciate the effort you made and your regular communication with us. We look forward to Charles St having nice people living in it.
I have no hesitation in recommending The Property Exchange for managing our rental property. In our initial dealings with Siobhan, she was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and contributed valuable information and advice about renovations to our property. This in itself was worth choosing The Property Exchange as our property management company. In addition, the process of letting the property was painless and both Melanie and Siobhan provided outstanding customer service, plus sage and useful advice from start to finish. Overall, it was a seamless experience and I have great confidence that our investment property is in good hands.
Following my dealings with Kyron, Siobhan and Kimberlee, from the initial purchase, then leasing and management of my Subiaco property. I can thoroughly recommend The Property Exchange. Great to deal with and they get the job done.
Siobhan and her team were sensational in leasing out my apartment in Subiaco. They communicate very well via email and phone, giving run downs of home opens and potential tenants. My apartment leased very quickly due to their hard work. Whilst a few of the team had time off for annual leave, the staff member that took over was well informed and displayed the same level of service as their colleagues. Highly recommend!
Thanks Melanie and Siobhan for your persistence and professionalism. We've been so impressed by the level of communication we've had with you both and with your continued commitment to getting the property leased in a difficult market.
The Property Exchange (TPE) stood out to us because of the unusually professional approach demonstrated by their staff and specifically Siobhan Payne. We place emphasis on maintaining the quality of our properties and a manager who will take pride in the quality of their work and the quality of service to both tenant and landlord. I believe we have found this with TPE. TPE and Siobhan's material is clear about the respective responsibilities of landlord and tenant and it is in plain english. Siobhan gave us confidence that TPE would honour the commitment of what was written in their materials and subsequent experience demonstrated that our confidence was well placed. She found a tenant at an appropriate rental quickly and with minimal fuss. It was the most professional experience we have had in finding a tenant. Based on the professional service we have received to date, I am confident The Property Exchange will deliver what no other agent has been able to do in my experience - provide good quality service on a consistent basis.
We were extremely happy with the service we received when listing our apartment for rent with Siobhan from The Property Exchange. Not only did she secure long term tenants at a weekly rental that was above our asking price, she did so in less than 2 weeks flat. The day after the property was listed, she already had a number of potential tenants to take through the property and received 2 expressions of interest the next day. We would highly recommend Siobhan, and we thank her for her hard work.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you sincerely for the exceptional service that you provided in getting the apartment rented out. 3 days! Must be a record! Communication has been exceptional from day 1 and particularly following the scheduled showings. We have been in property investments for over 10 years now and have had the pleasure of working with a number of reputable management agencies. Thanks to you Siobhan, we can categorically say that our experience with The Property Exchange has been the best experience by far. We are extremely grateful and we look forward to a long and successful relationship with the TPE team!
Your kind, caring, considerate attitude really helped make our move less stressful. Thank you for going out of your way to even feed the fish once we vacated. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with you.
Kaylee and Tara at The Property Exchange rental team were very responsive, communicated well and really listened to us. They gave us sound advice and we felt comfortable with their approach from day one. Our property was rented within a week of being advertised. Great result and we feel confident that the rental property will be well managed by this capable team.

Melanie stumbled into real estate in 2006 when she started as a Business Development Manager in the Western Suburbs of Perth, where she gained a great understanding of what owners are looking for in their property manager. Values of communication, transparency and being proactive are the qualities that Melanie learnt and strives to give to her clients on a day to day basis.
In 2008 Melanie decided she should get a deeper understanding of property management and its nuances if she was going to give potential clients a real insight as to why it is so important to choose a rental agency that will deliver on its promises and why do things in property management just seem to go wrong.
With Melanie’s down to earth and forthright personality property management is where her strengths lay. Since 2008 Melanie has had experience of managing properties across much of Perth which has given her a very broad and thorough education in dealing with many interesting aspects of property management.

Lauren started her Property Management career in 2012 in the town of Geraldton located in the Mid West region of Western Australia on the coast of the Indian Ocean.
