About Our Company
The Property Exchange was established in August 1997 by its current owner and director Niki Peinke.
The office is located in Subiaco, and is decorated more like a home than an office in order to escape the grey clinical deal factor of the business – a clear reflection of the way The Property Exchange does business.
The emphasis is on giving exceptional service by providing excellent advice, putting time and effort into the presentation of properties, pricing accurately and being
very proactive in marketing, in order to attain the best result for the client. This is what their reputation has been built on.
There are 7 sales representatives within the office, all of whom work on every listing. So instead of having one agent working for you, you have 7!
There is also a large Property Management Team which handles the rental portfolio. Once again the accent here is giving excellent service, expert advice and feedback at all times.
The General Manager, Julia Campbell, with the support of the Sales Co-ordinator, Executive Assistant, Marketing Manager and the Office Assistant, co-ordinate all aspects of the office providing a strong administration team ensuring efficient, stress free results. This completes a team of 21 very efficient and dedicated professionals.
The office is open 6 days a week, and allows easy accessibility for clients to view properties most of the weekend.

We have used The Property Exchange as the management agent for our rental property for 17 years and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
